Delete Your Account
Learn how to permanently delete your Knight Chase: Chess & Chaos account and associated data.
Method 1: Delete from the App
The easiest way to delete your account is directly within Knight Chase:
- Open Knight Chase: Chess & Chaos on your device
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right)
- Scroll down to the Account section
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm by tapping "Yes, Delete My Account"
⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your game progress, Adventure Mode completions, scores, and leaderboard data will be permanently deleted.
Method 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion via email:
- Email: contact@azingames.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request - Knight Chase
- Include: Your Google account email used in the game
We will process your request within 7 business days and send confirmation once completed.
What Data Gets Deleted?
When you delete your Knight Chase account, the following is permanently removed:
- Your username and profile information
- All Adventure Mode progress and gem collections
- Leaderboard scores and rankings
- Premium purchase status (cannot be restored)
- Power-up inventory and unlocks
- Device identifiers linked to your account
Note: Anonymized analytics data cannot be deleted as it is not personally identifiable.
