Welcome to Knight Chase: Chess & Chaos! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application developed by AZ in Game Studio ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Knight Chase: Chess & Chaos, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use Knight Chase only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Manipulate leaderboard rankings through unfair means
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

3. User Accounts

When you sign in with Google, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. In-App Purchases

Knight Chase may offer in-app purchases including "Premium" upgrade. All purchases are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or store policies.

5. Intellectual Property

Knight Chase: Chess & Chaos and all its content, features, graphics, and functionality are owned by AZ in Game Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Advertisements

The free version of Knight Chase displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. You may remove ads by purchasing Premium.

7. Online Features

Knight Chase includes online multiplayer and leaderboard features. By using these features, you agree to behave respectfully toward other players. We reserve the right to remove players who engage in toxic behavior.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Knight Chase is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for any loss of game progress due to technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ in Game Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Knight Chase.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Knight Chase at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
